“A home is, above all, an opportunity for deepening our living experience. This function of the house is as relevant today as it was a thousand years ago. However, the house also serves as a stage for various other functions, which have evolved over time in response to social, economic, and technological changes. As our lifestyles change, the way we think about our houses and the way we use them will continue to change too.”—Geeta Mehta
Prior to my career in real estate, I was a celebrity portrait, beauty and advertising photographer, publishing internationally in such magazines as Esquire, Vogue and W. My lifelong passion for architecture, art and design enabled a seamless transition to high-end real estate sales, with a particular emphasis on architecturally significant properties. I am pleased to be among those on the Wall Street Journal’s list of Top Agents nationwide.
While I concentrate my work in the Westside neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades, I have represented both Buyers and Sellers citywide. Commitment, discretion and a rigorous attention to detail are the hallmarks of my real estate practice.
The ethos of our practice combines a strong work ethic, honesty, adaptability, responsiveness and clear communication. We apply these qualities with the same dedication regardless of the magnitude of the transaction.
